...d helpful colleagues. Near to Ram Mandir railway station at a walking distance. Salary is competitive. Hybrid work environment. 2 days from office. Night shift allowance Rs 600 / day as of 2023. Training and tools are awesome. Less office politics.

Dislikes

Pathetic work life balance in Network Operations Team. Compulsion of 2 years bond for getting bonus in 2022 was worst decision of the company. They need to increase team size. HR policies are not employee friendly.

Salary only On Time. No weeks off on Saturday and Sunday.

Client location in Bank is very worst.Pf is reduced from out salary both employee share and employer share.Dont join any one.within three months I have kept a resignation.open heartedly telling don't join in client location for banking project.

Good company culture. Helpful employees and upper management. Good skill development team who helps you achieve your technical goals. Very helpful to improve your soft skills.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are often delayed. This is the only issue here. Rest, the company is fantastic to work with. Good culture, environment, energy etc.

I joined NTT Data IPS in June 2020 and left the organization in September 2021. Our team was set up with professionals from IT Audit service background and every one very pathetic work experience. The Interview process, Onboarding and Induction was only good part for NTT. Our happiness lasted only a month or so.

Dislikes

...ion or intimation. Our Manager did not respond when asked for help during COVID. Didn't get nay appraisal, or any bonus.

Company is very employee caring and job security is very high. They have excellent digital training cell to enhance technical skill. They pay for technical certifications as well.

Dislikes

Salary Compensation could be better for existing employees.
