Dislikes

Management force to do regular shift of 12 hours from 6am to 6pm for day and 6pm to 6am for night on Saturday and Sunday on the name of ON call to alternate week @ Rs 250 for each on call, and even not provided any comp. Off for any On call, so overall there is 6 day work in a week.
