To bad salary,work is too much and in a month 4,5 types of rotational shift.this is disaster for all human beings they want robots not a human.

...ement really values the employee when they are able to keep the customers happy. Annual compensation is good.

Probably due to the current job market, but sometimes management are not compensating their employees enough, especially the long term employees. Certain market correction strategy is required.

... they give mental stress to employees and also keeps our family life devastated. Effects of cost cutting is too much that seems like company can't run without deducting amount from employees salary/allowance. Employees are treated such badly that the companies sole objective is to meet their SLA so that they can obtain profit. Better to go on daily wages rather than working here so that we can have some self respect. And don't expect to get some nice package or even some good hike here.

Except package rest everything was good about NTT DATA. After working for 6years it was difficult to leave but it was required then.. I wish to return after few years.

Low Hikes and Lesser pay than other service companies in it's grade.

...er driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.
