Personally, Everything went well for me during my 2.5yrs stinct with NTT in terms of compensation and recognition. In work terms, 1.5 yrs has been good, I got to learn new things but later it has become monotonous and I got bored and somewhat frustrated. Overall I can say I had good experience working there but I cannot say the same to rest of people around me. Few people lost jobs during covid and my team size is also reduced and we were made to work more. Till covid it was very good experience, but after covid not so good.

More Facilities like gym, good cafeteria would be helpful in hyd office.

Zero benefits. Star portal is just for name sake. Insurance is deducted from salary. Only company in India who doesn't care of giving gifts on Diwali. Shift allowance are worst and no benefit of working on holiday.

Salary on time some people are good.

Company is good but some project is terrible no learning and growth. It's all depends on luck what kind of project you are getting. Because if you want to change the project then it's almost impossible.

Very good company for freshers. But in this company there's lack of proper development work. Usually employees will get support kind of work. Everybody are nice and will help in gaining knowledge. There's no proper strict dress code here. Environment is cool. But benefits for the employees is very less. Hike will be given is very less. Even the bonus will be less here.

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.
