Working for 6 years in this company work life balance is okay

No growth in career wise or no learning for new technologies,Salary hike is too pathetic only who joined laterals will have good offer later no need to expect hike in company.

Best IT company i have ever worked. Pressure is there sometimes but you enjoy the time after it is over.

It all depends on how good are at your work. They also revise salary time to time and promote people. Visiblity is the key

Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Dislikes

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

Initial package is great, very good opportunity for learning both soft skill as well as core technical skills through various Instructor led trainings.

After working a long period, there should be a salary normalization, at least for Meets expectation / exceeds expectation candidates.
