Salary structure is below than market standards, appraisal are also on lower side, higher management involvement will make you unhappy

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.

It was one of the best company I have worked for. Work life balance and policies are too good. It's very good for freshers because they got project in very short span of time as compared to other companies, its very good for them for learning and developing their skills.

Salary components are too low as compared to market standard.

The company is open for new talent. Mine is a US based client handling accounting of insurance companies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.

...for months even for a small work to be done. Not flexible on internal movements. Salary is very less than the industry standards. Poor management and work recognition. No work from home, they don't entertain you when you come back from ML
