There is no job safety there all r in contract position, when I was going to interview SJRIT park , Sagar bahu, waiting for more than 3 hourse to each and every candidate, he doesn't has good skills and knowledge, simply ask one question tell me your self, and say ,"presently no job, ur cv not moving next round". But his senior manager called me took interview, and give offer letter, here training and development department is not good, no good working culture, all employees are very rude, rumours and we faced lot of problems there. Without saying anything after three months u will remove from the job. No work satisfaction at all , company campuses is good only, all senior manager were very strict, rumours to newly joined candidates, poor quality, work culture, they show anger perception towards others employees . Here account manager took interview on technical recruitment, he doesn't knowledge of technical position Sagar bahu

... balance at all. There is no job safety, they could remove the job very easily. No salary hiked at all many of employees." There is no training and development program to candidates". Poor cafeteria.. Sagar bahu not allowed to take the food . Senior employee gave me and other very much tourcher related to work . Cafeteria have poor quality of foods.

Cool work environment, less pressure and flexibility.Job security. Work-life balance. Good for those who are looking for long term stay in a job along with less pressure.

Less pay packages for existing employees, monotony in job. Less learning opportunities.

Great company to work for offers flexibility. Management is supportive and gives direction Job security

Base salary is low Promotions are not initiated on time due which employee gets frustrated and start searching for the new job

Salary only On Time. No weeks off on Saturday and Sunday.

Client location in Bank is very worst.Pf is reduced from out salary both employee share and employer share.Dont join any one.within three months I have kept a resignation.open heartedly telling don't join in client location for banking project.

I lost the impression after joining. There is no work life balance at all. It is like ur living on this earth to work for them. The most sadistic people i have ever met. They don’t even consider health reasons.Full of politics with manager and TL. Feeling like school going kid. It is the most worst company than working with big4 (don’t want to mention company)

Dislikes

They will hire for some role, after joining simply put into different role. Even we need to work on weekends without any pay and comp off. Too many politics. Whatever the team lead and manager want they will simply target us and no matter how many hours ur stretching and working they will simply say there is not much work in this team. Worst company i have ever seen.🙏
