There is no job safety there all r in contract position, when I was going to interview SJRIT park , Sagar bahu, waiting for more than 3 hourse to each and every candidate, he doesn't has good skills and knowledge, simply ask one question tell me your self, and say ,"presently no job, ur cv not moving next round". But his senior manager called me took interview, and give offer letter, here training and development department is not good, no good working culture, all employees are very rude, rumours and we faced lot of problems there. Without saying anything after three months u will remove from the job. No work satisfaction at all , company campuses is good only, all senior manager were very strict, rumours to newly joined candidates, poor quality, work culture, they show anger perception towards others employees . ... balance at all. There is no job safety, they could remove the job very easily. No salary hiked at all many of employees." There is no training and development program to candidates". Poor cafeteria.. Sagar bahu not allowed to take the food . Senior employee gave me and other very much tourcher related to work . Cafeteria have poor quality of foods.

Nothing..people are bias...no hike no promotion...work like donkey...no holiday you can take..you have make reasons for taking your own leaves as though we have asked them their kidney...HR is having very poor growth..we work and credit hike goes to who do the buttering..Don't go into HR field it sucks especially with lady managers..

Everything..nothing is good to work for...no motivation no hike..management is worst..don't go I n hr where you deal with lady mangers..

Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location
