The only thing I find positive about here is you don't have to worry about your job. On the contrary, you'll leave this company on your own. During lockdown, they arranged for WFH that too very late after lockdown when every other company arranged for it beforehand. For WFH, they behave like they have given you the eternity. Therefore, stuck in PG and couldn't go to my home thanks to them.

...gs. Most of the time you'll do overtime as I do for almost 10-12 days out of 22. They pay overtime but again depends on sups, they have to approve but again they never approve all the hours, usually only half of the time they approve. If you try to reach HR or management, they'll become Gandhi's 3 monkeys. Terrible management ever seen. That's when I decided I'll walk out as soon as I get any opportunity but stuck due to lockdown.

Actually company is good. Some profile are here, there carrier growth was awesome and they provide salary also good.

...data analyst here.Working environment is really very bad. Nothing have to learn. Career growth is zero and they provide salary also very less. Some people are here always ready to make others trouble.So i quit my job here. I am really getting frustrated and get a very worst experience on my first job.

It was one of the best company I have worked for. Work life balance and policies are too good. It's very good for freshers because they got project in very short span of time as compared to other companies, its very good for them for learning and developing their skills.

Ntt started Hiring employee on grade 3 salary range (28-32k) as like other companies usually doing in service desk , this is not good at all Over all ntt data is good for growth but specially noida office have small projects and less headcounts so internally promotion got delayed If you want to join ntt go for banglore and Hyderabad location

I lost the impression after joining. There is no work life balance at all. It is like ur living on this earth to work for them. The most sadistic people i have ever met. They don’t even consider health reasons.Full of politics with manager and TL. Feeling like school going kid. It is the most worst company than working with big4 (don’t want to mention company)

They will hire for some role, after joining simply put into different role. Even we need to work on weekends without any pay and comp off. Too many politics. Whatever the team lead and manager want they will simply target us and no matter how many hours ur stretching and working they will simply say there is not much work in this team. Worst company i have ever seen.🙏
