No interface from NTT side when you are working with client on time pay salary is very good compare to market scale work life balance Mostly work from home good learning

Company is stable in outlook. Management from North India is cranky. However overall company is good and collaborative. Compensation is good on time.

Poor/no salary hike. Ensure you negotiate effectively while joining as you would see no hike in subsequent years. There is No HR, for anything and everything backend HR find it easy to say that there is no such policy.

Work culture and company policies are good.

Dislikes

The quality of work during the lockdown is increased but still there is no appraisal or bonus. How would an employee work if he/she is not getting the financial growth? Business for NTT Data Services has been increased during the lockdown then why are we not given the appraisal or bonus.

I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. Tried connecting with recruiter multiple times but unable to get any response via mail or call. It’s really frustrating. I don’t understand whether to think it as a reject or select.
