The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products with global client Base. Got 2 spot awards while my service time. Also moved to IB mastery 3rd level of my organization. Have 2 years of experience in Bpo and 1 year of experience in HR department

Well in career growth but compensation is too low. Night shift leads to some health issues.

Good product, hard working dedicated team members

Horrible and blood sucking Management including the Headquarters people of NTTData. The top most management people also work like low level employees worrying about their existence, their KPI and bonus. The so called leaders themselves are so insecured that they will put anyone on the line of fire to secure their existence. This organization did not grow big despite the product, opportunities and lack of competition purely because of the Management team who are 100% selfish and self-centered
