Laser, smile and ICL surgeries Wrost company ever, the environment and treating employees like school/college, micro monitoring, no benefit, no skill development, if you need leave needs to loop Director in the email chain, If you need break only 15 mits time Security will ask you id number for login time and you have to write logout time in ledger book every day without miss.

good company for freshers to gain the knowledge Company has various projects so job security is something best part here.

10 hours of shift and just one side cab service. Yearly hike and bonus is pathetic Promotion depends on your relation with your manager.

Don't expect any hike or bonus even though you perform well management will come up with story budget issue and no proper office setup for employees no cafeteria and good food arrangement and no work life balance due to the night shift. Promotion and appraisal happenes based on manager favorites not on skill set and HR system is worst no proper setup to address the employee concerns

Only thing I liked compared to my old company is that these used give me bonus every year once I complete their training points.

Very worst company for the experience people and there is no growth in this company, I had joined this company in the year 2019 and until 2023 October, I was completing all the trainings and still did not get any band change and last one day HR called me and asked if I want leave the company right now or do I want to serve the notice period, I choose to serve the notice period and got the experience letter after 2 months and they were threatening me resign force fully and they gona give the 6 months salary and that's it, I told them I will wait until 60 days until I get the project but I didn't get any projects until my last day, lot of politics in the senior management.
