I did not like anything from technology to work culture or compensation nothing.

Dislikes

There are lot of things Management needs to work on. 1. They do not consider employee as a human at all, they are treating as an object or slave to whom they are paying 2. No Work Life balance, providing estimates withouth asking and then pushing to work for 12-14 hours daily. 3. After destroying the life completely, a 4 % increment given, reason is that market is down. 4. They do not have any thing in a manner, like there is no escalation process, no HR aligned to you. If you try to raise any query using ticketing system, they will simply close it without even your concern or even no discussion. One line reply will there from the team. P.S. there are many other points that make it a really bad place to work. Don't join it until you are not dying because of job.

1. Work Culture is pretty good 2. One can expect a Work Life Balance while working here . 3. Provides work opportunity from Home as well permanently. 4. You will get the learning opportunities through their own learning portals which are good in their own way as everything is well structured there . 5. 1. Salary and hikes % could be a concern . 2. Initially for a fresher there would be 4-5 internal hikes bi-annually going to happen as per the Grade . 3. When it comes to Promotion, you can expect after 2 or 2.5 yrs (For Fresher ) . Best of Luck 🤞

Only thing I liked compared to my old company is that these used give me bonus every year once I complete their training points.

Very worst company for the experience people and there is no growth in this company, I had joined this company in the year 2019 and until 2023 October, I was completing all the trainings and still did not get any band change and last one day HR called me and asked if I want leave the company right now or do I want to serve the notice period, I choose to serve the notice period and got the experience letter after 2 months and they were threatening me resign force fully and they gona give the 6 months salary and that's it, I told them I will wait until 60 days until I get the project but I didn't get any projects until my last day, lot of politics in the senior management.

Poor management Apprasal and bonus is decided by politics there is no clarity on process Managers have no sense of MNC culture they work like small local india company Lot of deductions from salary

Dislikes

...the notice period as per contract, but the client released me on 21st September. And the NTT data deducted my 1 month salary + 15 days notice period salary (around Rs 1,20,000) from my salary, My NTT Data Portal ID is 316413
