I worked in abstraction team as well as translation team for my notice period. I had great experience in translation team but the pay was very less other than that everything is fine.

Dislikes

...oper project plans, very work pressure, depression and mental stress atmosphere. There is no team coordination, no incentives, no pay for extending hours and no good respect to their employees. Some of the Managers and TL's are not deserve to be this position. Overall I had worst experience in Abstraction team.

Team mates because they are fellow passengers who go through the same thing.

Dislikes

An absolutely horrible place to work with no respect for work life balance, zero learnings. Managers are definitely not fit to be leaders and they are not trained for that. This is the culture throughout the company and not just one team. They take advantage of the economic situation of the families of the employees and manipulate you based on that. Senior manager or associate we can't expect respect and everyday is so toxic. Amazing clients but zero respect so typically a hellhole to work with.

Politics plays major role and the company will not follow any rules and regulations they will change the rules according to their convince and without knowing to use they will fire us. My life's worst experience is ntrust and if something wrong happens they will not investigate anything simply they will support to the person whome they like so no profesional behaviour and no corporate behaviour too

The company environment is not at all good work freshers are treated very horribly especially the translation team so worst they bullied me so worstly so if you are applying for company don't apply job with the company

No respect for employees Translation team is very worst especially the TL don't have the knowledge to give respect for fresher like me involving employee personal things Translation trainer is not giving time to understand the things they are teaching Bullied me up to the core Whole translation team members are not well behaved

Good and friendly environment seniors are very supportive even hr and admin also.

Dislikes

Their criteria for onboarding is not well they judge on their assessment marks not on on the work training performance. If you not able to perform in their assessment they can even take a call against you
