There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resing.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...ement is transparent . there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policy are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and hours every year

I am working in Bhel Pssr at Yadadri Thermal Power Station at Teelngana in fixed term assignment for two years in the post of FTA- Safety officer . Company has provided free transport to site, room with electric bill.But , leave is very less ( duty hours average- 8 hours - 10 hours).

Dislikes

Leave is very less. No training is provided to the contract person. No medical leave & benifit is there , even no overtime.

THOUGH BHEL EPD IS A SMALL DIVISION, BUT THERE ARE PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN NEW THINGS, TECHNOLOGIES SINCE EPD IS SLOWLY MOVING INTO NEW PRODUCT AREAS VIZ., SCR, SPV MODULES AND NEW PRODUCTS WITH A FOCUS ON CREATING SOLAR HUB IN BENGALURU.

Dislikes

The only dis-like is we are being utilized like Office Attendant most of the times, which we feel very embarassing. Most dis-like is at the time of taking lunch in factory canteen, wherein we are discriminated in not being able to take sufficient food viz., Cucumber, Salad and other dishes which is being served to regular employees.

Fake organization. This company is created by these two organization people two waste public money. One of the financce person deputed from BHEL From 2018 onwards taking money from contractors to clear bills. He/She is very disgusting person. Also that person force you to clear bills of the contractor so that they do the wrong things

There is nothing to like
