Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

no vision and ni mission ... they dont have any planning , same products same area but 2 MRP ... no answer from mgt, HR dont know about company rules regulations... just time pass company.

At NTC if any new freshers wants to learn about accounting & taxation procedure then this is a right place to learn.

At NTC as per respect of Job pressure salary /increment is very much poor.cast variation is demotivate to any good employee for do there work.
