1) They have very small team. So, all members are connected well with each others. 2) If anyone Start/re-start/gathering some experience their career, this company is a good option. 3) If you are passionate about working with MS Excel and want to learn how to handle some real time problems/ want to take good hands on experience in MS Excel, then it will be a good choice. 4) If you are looking for a good amount of holiday leave, in a workplace ( specially during Durga Puja and kali Puja), it will be a great choice 😅. You can get long...paid leave during puja. 5) higher authority is helpful, if you want to learn anything.(Related to work) 6) Credited salaries between 2nd/3rd day, in every month.

...ough this is a good thing) during the interview process. 2) No chance of growth. 3) No chance of increasing your salary, even after working here for 2/3 years. 4) Salary range is very low. 5) Salary range will also not increase even after working here for 2/3 years. (They also confess this during interview) 6) They deduct salaries for 1/2 minutes of late. ( Even after if this was only for 1/2 days in a single month) 7) They has a very small team (7/8 staffs all together), so you don't experience any office culture. 8) Some times they act very rude and taunting.
