With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Its a small but growing company. Friendly environment.

Dislikes

...ies established. No benefits like shift allowance, leave encashment or Gratuity. Salary hike is purely based on negotiation/demand. Insurance is also provided only after 6 months from joining.

Work life balance with work timings, specifically the client, there were some issues in between but still not a bad experience

Dislikes

Just the phase where the work wasn’t balanced, and had to overwork a couple of days
