There is no good culture as so many people are eating breads in their zone, no control on the same by management. No hikes for good workers, only for those who are buttering management.

One of the Worst company and fraud company, no moral values, no minimal values, no salaries in time and no hikes,in the covid time they work with employees and given the salaries, and the most worst education system in both CBSE and State syllabus schools, students blindly learn subject.... As per the IT department one worst fellow as a Manager Mr.Mxxxx he did't respect to the IT Engineers, at least he didn't ask employees problems and minimal requirements.as well as worst HOD also.

Worst HR, IT, and Admin Departments. advise, please don't this organisation, other wise you loss your values.

Nspira is very good Company, Working place is very convenient, and lots of activities on the festivals and some good occasions and friendly environment.

company will deduct amount from salary if u not show the complete 9 working hours, if u went early 1 or 2 seconds also they will deduct the amount.

...loyee who working hard. Company only running on Narayana brand nothing else. In lockdown they deduct the salary without prior information even after dropping several mail to all level there's no sinlge satisfactory reply from HR or Mngt. Mr. puneet kothapa(CEO) taking advantage of lockdown, and stopped the salary without any infor and when we ask yo give in written he denied and ask to stay without salary or leave, we wil not pay or nor giving any written.

The worst environment , lot of politics and nepotism .. the worst place ever. No support during lockdown, not paying salaries on time ( that too half ) , asked to go on leave and again ask to work and then suddenly tell us to again go on leave

Dislikes

Nepotism, politics and no growth in terms of learning.
