...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ining system were poorand not visible.Career growth opportunities are not there. Salary and benefits are moderate and average, but disburseemnt are sole discretion of some person. You are not sure to get what has been promised to you or terms of your employment. There is ample scope for learning for biggeners and middle level employees.Work life balance and work environment is extreemly poor. One has to work for 14-16 hrs in a day.Holidays are limited . No innovative approach, it is always dogmatic and negative.

Absolutely there is no job security. you do not know, when you will be asked to go, becuase some of the apex person wants to bring his own person. No ownership of the work especialy at middle and lower level as there is no freedom of working, responsibilty and accountabilty. Compensation is average at certain level and lower level it is poor.

Office is located around 48 km from the city we have to be there at 8:30 am, After completing office hours i have to go back to city and have to visit Panel advocate's office for next days cases, some time we used to sit up to 10:30 pm, it happens 3 to 4 days in a week & some time we used to go on Sundays also, due to this we are not able to spend time for our family and personal work. countless times we have worked more than 14 hours. no value no care. No flexibility, no actual expense, allowances are given up to only Rs. 100/ on official duty or court visit, if we spend more, that we have to bare own. There is no rules fallowed properly, misuse of power by doing partiality and politics. There is no rewards n recognition & appreciation for outstanding work, when i have saved around 1.5 crores of company and solved some complicated cases which are against the company. And many more.. Legal head is not capable to guide in any case or any issue and he is not able to understand the court proceedings. he expects court has to work as per his thinking. But management likes this kind of people. Working in this kind of atmosphere is a waste of time in Career.
