Company is very good but salary was not good no appraisal

No Salry incriminate & No promotion No job security every three and six months contract will be renewed atleast i am working with NSEIT LIMITED Very long time but company not providing F-roll and on-roll opportunity so i suggested please note on this point and please share the higher authorities from our company.

Seriously this is my kind of job. I love seating job. And this is my first job. Yah salary is very low but work culture skill and development is top notch

I am selected as contractual employees i don't tomorrow my job stays or not but I love to work so that's why I work here silently.

Good work environment and culture. Every team members and seniors are supportive. Company policies are good, and fair appraisals and good bonus.

Salary structure for chief Proctors are not good as compare to others.

The worst way. The just don't care about others. Just terminating most of the contract employees at their will. Company policies are nothing but just documents and ground level employees always earn far lower than what they do.

Dislikes

No job security, no career growth and no one cares about you. Just do your job and take monthly salary if you are a contract employee. Even though you are working for 5 years no one cares how experienced you are, so no hike in salary.Freshers earn more salary than experienced.Working here is like you are committed to something you can't change.

Poor Management, work life balance gone worst , Top management Don't want listen anything from ground team, No hike, RM and TMs are very rudely behaves, Senior Management were very arrogant, The toxic politics always there in office like Kolkata Regional Office, RM don't want to listen anything from any one, at the end only things happen what RM of Eastern Region wants, No one have any control over RM of East, The employees who were truly dedicated and hard working were not get promotion at all, and the employees who were in good book of RM will promoted, unfairness and less of Transparent and harassment to employees are the main focus of East RM. And HR team always supported to TMs and RMs so the complain of Ground team is not entertaining at all. The Management is very Corrupted and always playing Unethical blame games. Only buttering is the only way to get promotion in NSEIT, Pays were the less than from current market price. And No growth in this company.
