Everything ... No good compensation, threatening language of superiors, overloaded, no growth opportunities, no greivance redressal system, client always addressing in high pitched tone, shouting. In short it's a living hell.

NSEIT has some really good clients. one of them is BNP paribas so if you get chance to work for bnp paribas then its great. Apart from this they have their own projects so again there is good learning opportunities NSEIT

Pepole joins company due to name, NSEIT related to NSE. Internally both are independent.

Dislikes

...Politics, Almost weekend working (sat and sun both), NSEIT top mgmt is very bad. Frequently fires pepole on name of cost cutting. Not much projects. HR has no power, decision are taken by Mgmt. Resource manager talks very badly if they want to target you.

Dislikes

Very toxic work culture, a lot of office politics, no care for the employee, no salary hike from last 2 years, also no bonus, additionaly you may need to work on Sunday as well that to without extra pay, also have to work 2-3 hr extra with no OVERTIME payment, worst company to be in especially for developers and testers, best company for hr if you are applying for HR role, it's the best company go for it 👍
