...Mission and Vision of the organization is employee victimization and harassment. Does not pay salary on time. In the name of salary they just provide you some kind of chillar. False commitments are made at the time of payout day. So called operations managers, Assistant Managers, HR head and VPs are frauds and cheats. Most probably the HR Monika vaish, mastermind of everything. This organization has spoiled the carrier of several employees. No growth and only nasty internal politics.

The company was very strict about work.team leaders are very punctual about timings and dedication throughout the work.I have learnt some new techniques from the the team leader.

They don't gave much bonus.

worst company and not thinking about employees and salary growing i am 3 yrs give to company but not growth my salary and post and delay salary.

Timing is good 1:30pm to 10:30pm

Dislikes

Salary date is 15 but it credits by 28 of next month. Time to reach is 01:30 but needs to reach at 1pm otherwise they will mark halfday or if we get late then we will not get computer system there. No internal promotions nor internal hiring they hire only outsiders They can terminate anytime while have no mistakes like chairs are not in good condition so a person is not sitting in good conditionhe may be terminate

No job security no salary clearity. They can diduct ur salary without any appropriate reason. And u don't know when they can fired u. And for women no women security. They said u can leave till 7 but it's just on papers. Timings nyt me 10 b ho jaye to koi bt nhi. Maximum work pressure. No hygiene no tea and coffee. And incentives wo to bhul jao. 3 month kaam krvayenge aur phir koi stupid se reason k sth out
