The culture is spoiled now. The lady director spends her time only talking and eating with her PA instead of focusing on work. He behaves with everyone like he is the owner of the company because of encouragement by lady. He comes late, takes many breaks, and leaves early and spend his 5 working hours in chit chatting with lady , mamta radhika. Kushal sir is good but he is not based in the location so he is nit aware of all these culture. This impact morale and discouragement for employees who works hard and then also doesnt get rewarded or promoted It is the worst company to work with

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
