Worst envt becoz of Director behavior. He disrespects the faculties n created unethical and cheap politics. Horrible to survive. It's better to not to join in this institution. Director will do drama by conducting interviews and he insults the candidates n finally he won't select. There is no proper recruitment procedures. Simply he insults faculty members n eliminate immediately without any proper reasons.
