I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and also global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Some times, l have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.

Likes

More than 80 percent staff is working since last 10 or 15yrs.

Dislikes

Monopoly of old staff. No Policy of appraisal. Not welcoming for new people. Nepotism. No post above Project Manager. Lots of staff is non technical.

One of the Toxic management person (one of the Director's family member), having no idea about how to talk, whom to talk, how to treat their own employees and how should be the vendors handled & treated specially software vendor team. Vendors getting facilities like a host and employee suffering as if they are servants not the employee.

All directors as well as seniors are very supportive, encouraging and mind blowing.

One of the toxic member of one of the director's family. She doesn't know how to treat and behave with her own employees rather she gives special guest treatment to software vendor's team instead of asking them question regarding the errors and problems happening in the software while working abruptly almost on daily basis. She doesn't know the ethics of talking even a bit. She got the position solely on the basis of nepotism and nothing else. Minus her then it's on of the best company but appraisal, increament or promotion are purely based on nepotism and buttering not on the basis of performance and dedication towards the work. Initially I was being informed by my seniors there but I didn't believed them and later found her the same as they informed. Directors are also not the man/woman of word. They gives always bolbachchan especially in the case of support in work when needed most and in appraisal also. I think they believe in quantity instead of quality.
