Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Whole company treat you like a labore, it didn't matters in which designation you are they will talk you in offensive language and ask to do wrong and poor work for clients if any problem caused by company they will blame you for that and to 3 months late salary deposit.

Dislikes

Working here is like a , free labour for their company.
