Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...fore the bond period. Less than minimum employees, one employee have to take charge of 3-4 projects. Huge biasness in appraisals. Some employees get 2 appraisals in 1st year.. where as some get 1st appraisals after 1.5 years of joining. However all employees are joining at same level. No work life balance. No fixed working hours, most of the day you have to work for more than 10 hours. No fixed work type. You have to handle company accounts while you are a chemical engineer. Manage the office like cleaning etc. Basically you have to do max. no. and different type of works (which is not your domain) with minimum salary.
