...d culture. Teammates are supportive and the higher management is not supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are not good and they don't give salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ood environment for enhancement of skills. This is best for fresher job seekers. Not good salary hike and no any bonus at all.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics & management does not address issues or takes more time to solve issue regarding technical and health related problems. HR Management does not support & treat well with fresh joiners and off roll people. During covid 19 periods NRB HR management system did not follow rules and regulations even didn't pressurize to permanent workers or union to follow covid 19 rules but ultimately mandate and made fine on below salarised people.

They pay you well and the policies related to travel are good.

Dislikes

The work culture is not good. The company runs on one persons decision. People focus more on making their seniors happy than doing actual work. Every Employee tries to play a blame-game making sure how they are not responsible.

Likes

1) Nice system. 2) Employees are supportive and no boundary to learn new things 3) Training is provided to all new joiners and regular upgradation is done. 4) Straight forward with customers.. Doesn't hide any things.

Dislikes

1) Bus facilities not available. 2) While leaving organization performance allownce company doesn't pay.

Likes

Management is good. There are only BAD Managers, but NO Bad Management in the corporate world. Here also only Middle Management is the problem.

Dislikes

... is not paid to income tax dept, and my final settlement done four Years before. Variable pay paid to me is zero. Reason no response.
