Not any help from HR end regarding any issues, not salary growth, no any Amount paid to company if your location change, After leaving company, it's is trying to u received minimum payment at time of full and final, it's charges huge amount for minor things,Eg.- if u miss simple cable RS 300 then it's charges 1000 RS. old Laptop used 3- 4 times or more than 6-7 years if any part of this laptop is damaged then company charges huge amount cost is more than market.

Good work life balance is maintained while working here,Good quality of work is managed here Good Clientele,Good penetration of clients in Telecom -Stable company since 1995 with Head office -Kota,250 cr turnovr,Salaries credited between 10-12th of every month, 1500 internal employees & 4000 Resource Count on NR Payroll,No late sitting,No unnecessary impabalance of work like,No toxic culture,Well led company with good with good culture & professionalism

Salary should be credited on 7th ,Saturday should not be made working in Metro City

Worst HR I have ever worked with, even post 4 months they keep asking for same documents you have already submitted. If you resign you have to serve notice if they release you they don't follow any rules.

No job security at all. They hire employee even for small project after completion fire employee. No work related to your domain. It's like just utilizing engineer as manpower. They don't care about you & your future.

No salary hike. If you're joining please search for better. Fake company.
