I'm disappointed to share that my experience with (NRIspat) has been underwhelming. The company's approach to employee welfare is virtually non-existent. Salary growth opportunities are scarce, and appreciation from management is lacking. To make matters worse, bonuses are not provided. These significant shortcomings have led to a toxic work environment, resulting in low morale and high dissatisfaction among staff members.

I am working in ripple division of NR Group It's not a professional organisation it's a friends organisation they encourage only there friends not prompt workers Promotions only there friends no job security in this division due to uneducated marketing professional this division under loss.

I would like to work in NR group only because of the owner of the company who is our Honourable MD sir. He is very kind in human nature and social contributor.

Dislikes

In NR Group, some people are very much afraid of change management due to lack of their knowledge and academic background is poor. They have crossed more than 2(two) decades just like a good for nothing by the worse politics and by oiling to the management.
