They can fire you without any reason. In my team they had fired 8 people's within 8-9 months. I had acholived 3 quarter target within a month and my appraisal time I said salary should be increase but by boss not leasen me and he had put in PIP, and suddenly I full fill the PIP as well but they fire me without any notice.

All the reviews here are fake .. Never seen an organisation like this where employees are treated very badly .very strict timing.. so much politics..no perks and benefits at all...work pressure is too much .

HR Behaviour,HR Department literally abusing employees, Very big ego of Senior employees, Offering low salary than market standards,Candidates should purchase a new laptop and then take it do Work from Office.

Effectively conducting the trainings where-ever employees are required to train. No Politics, Fun activities are organized in a timely manner so that employees can co-relate like family in office culture. Managers are supportive on every aspect either professionally or personally. They are good listeners. Problem solving attitude by the top management. HR and admin connect every month with the employees

No Cons as of now but every organization is having good and bad things but the way you deal with this that is important.

If possible, it would be beneficial to streamline the document submission requirements and provide a clear checklist at the beginning of the process. This would avoid last-minute submissions and improve the onboarding flow.
