No salry increment, no future secure, i have no time for study and they are no give us live if we are taking leave they are deduct our salary during leave period, no transparency about salery, rotational shifts, no pramotion, if we make any kind of mistake they are deduct our salary as per defined his penalty sheet, no bonus, they have no rules they are change his rules according to management situation and I have much reason to dislike there company service for employees, But it is my compulsion that I have to work here.

NPCl is the worst company to work for.The top management is highly unethical that forces it's employees to indulge in unethical activities .To be more specific,the employees are taught/trained how to manipulate the datas.There are no policies/procedures and even if they do exist,they are not being followed.Nobody follows the supply code and the consumers -especially the rural ones-are being fleeced of their hard earned money by billing them under urban tariff despite being under rural area.

Dislikes

The persons with high integrity, honesty ,understanding etc that is those who are ethical and believe in transparency can not expect any growth in the company.Appraial is purely subjective.
