Likes? Dude company is an absolute disaster I mean the CEO thinks all employees need to come up with ideas for the company to succeed and he does absolutely nothing. 1. Company is listed so everyone's hard earned money is just given out in salaries 2. There are old people in the company who don't do jack shit and get paid every month like Business team etc 3. Tech team lol has only 1 guy who does all the work and tech head is a joke. Do not get paid in time at all have delayed so many payments

Worst Employer ever....The Founder Anoop Bhatia has no sense of how to operate a business. He simply believes in laying off the employees for his mistakes rather than accepting he is Incompetent to run the Company. In the last few years, almost every employee who joined the company in its initial days has left due to terrible pressure from the Management. Talking about politics, there are people like Tarun Gandhi who are pioneers in the art of Company Politics and knows very well how to survive in a company without doing anything. I recommend everyone not to join Nowigence. It is a Future Titantic which will Sink soon.
