Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

This company is a hoax.. They dont pay your dues and they are a poor funded company.. About to get closed soon.. The founders have no clue whats happening and doing things without any direction.. High time they should shut this conpany and look for job themselves.. Lots many people recruited by them in senior position are inferior than a sales executive.. Guys and recruiters please beware before its too late... Even big MBA colleges have blaclisted them for their campus interview as its the future of the students and brand of the institute that will be on stake..

Dislikes

Work pressure is little high. Some managers do not encourage individual's unique strengths and since it is on the verge of becoming a structured organisation, the suggestions and ideas are not taken much into consideration. Training opportunities have been recently introduced, work environment and culture is okay, work-life balance is not great.
