Only reason for which I liked this Company was that my salary was paid on time by them.

Dislikes

List is too long but I'll focus on main points which are: 1. They Work on Hire & Fire basis 2. They only value 2 types of employees: those who have been working for more than 3-4 years & who are hired on low-scale to save there cost. 3. There is no learning, only clerical work is to done. 4. This job makes you doubt your capabilities but trust me it's not you it's them. 5. Seniors are damn rude and insecure for their position & work. 6. No matter whatever the problem is, according to then it's always your fault 7. There training is useless, they just try to finish 15 days training in just 3 days and then blame you for not being efficient enough.

... then they will definitely would mark you red. Their leave policies are amazing. The salary is always on time. Salary is decent enough. I didn't face any issue with the SD leads . They are biased to their favorites employees but that would not hamper you much coz, it's unfortunately, human tendency. I found them approachable and helpful. But again, they have their special picks too so expect less. If you work well- appraisal is always done. But never expect coz you will be disappointed. As the work is monotonous there is stagnancy. However, you can work with ease and not stress much about memorizing anything or using your brain much as every instructions and guidance is provided. You can raise queries. The US counter parts, in my experience, were friendly and nice. But each to their own. Just do your tasks, complete your time, try to maintain quality above team (difficult but doable) then you are sorted. Don't indulge in any gossip or unnecessary conversation.

It's your colleagues that you have to be wary of. Some of them are real snobs and feel like that they are the queens. But they are just sad people having nothing in life but to butter -up management. I could name so many of them. The environment is super competitive in terms of productivity and target. Some idiots, who just want to be in good books of mangement and has no life, over do their targets, sit beyond 9-10hours just to be on the top. This is creates toxicity and should not be endorsed or praised,which unfortunately is very much appreciated by the mangement. Even if you do your work with 100% dedication, complete your targets on time, maintain your quality, there are some queen bees who sit all night and just to put themselves on higher pedestal do more than required or asked. This should be banned but instead is appreciated. TOXIC! Their office fun - time/ event is so unnecessary and forceful. Most People dislike it. Fun sessions should be fun not stressful. It's not a bad place to join but be ready to always be on your toes and up game coz 90%quality would also be not appreciated if team has 91% average. Competition is cut throat or rather has been made so by few people. Hindi is banned. Nothing but English is used for communications. So, forget being informal. Beware of some female colleagues - they will complain anything to the the Directors. And, most importantly -all the Managers, have 100% quality always as they never send any quality error to fellow manager - it's an unsaid pact. This helps them maintaing their quality on record. This should be looked upon.

Nothing. Probably just give the salary on time. Nothing else to cherish about this company.

Almost everything. No job security. No benifits. Cuts on yearly bonus thus reducing the CTC. Poor work life balance. No separate forum to express your grievances. Not employee friendly.

The only decent thing about this place is that you'll get your monthly salary on time. That's literally it.

Dislikes

1. You don't have to be a lawyer to work here. 2. Clerical job, monotonous work, no career growth, no learning experience. Most of all- NO JOB SECURITY. 3. You'll always be under the constant pressure to meet the irrational targets and expectations, and if you don't, you're fired :) 4. Internal politics 5. Toxic work environment, and the list goes on!

The only thing I liked was that HR team and management people were frequently meeting with other resources.

Dislikes

... every body live under constant threat that they might get the boot at any time. No salary appraisal for 3 consecutive years on account of false and unilateral assessment that the company is running in loss. Promotion is rare and higher posts are virtually out of reach for resources. Nomenclature of posts are such which are unknown in the industry, therefore of no use once leaving Novus. Six day a week is generally working days which makes it difficult to balance professional and personal life.
