Even if you work hard and give everything to work ,they will ask for more from you. This company is torture so ,Do a favour on yourself and stay away from these people .

Nothing to like about this pathetic company

My time at this company has been really disappointing. They don’t pay salaries on time, causing financial stress. The work environment is too toxic, with lots of office politics, favouritism and repeated insults. They don’t value their employs at all. There are no opportunities for professional growth, and the bosses contribute to a negative atmosphere. The workplace is dirty, with a rat problem that even affects product quality. They also post fake reviews on their products on Amazon for increasing the sales which is illegal. And they don’t care about their employs. There were no proper sitting arrangements, they keep shifting you from here and there all the time causing dysfunction in the work. Overall the company culture is bad with lack of respect and frequent threats towards employs.

I like how they manipulate employee on interview round and show them big dreams of growing together. Also i like how the very owner of novus lifesciences plays mind game to prove you that you have no knowledge about digital marketing but will ultimately teach you ecommerce. Also they scam people by telling that you will Lear digital marketing but the truth is you'll learn ecommerce which is entirely different things.

Toxic boss and his 2X toxic, arrogant, moody and dumb manager, she thinks she knows the whole universe but in real she doesn't even know which weight is greater (Gross weight or Net weight)

Very rude senior please avoid working, If you work here assume that you are at a very bad phase of your life. They treat you like trash and always try to insult you. They have superiority complex. They are very small company acting like they are multi billion dollar company there is nothing to like about

Pathetic Company. The bosses are playing politics. Both bosses are very rude, they don't know how to talk to their employees. It's very unhygienic place, there are mice where we sit. They don't provide basic facilities like sick leave or paid laeve, and there is no PF. They are doing unethical things to sell their products on amazon like posting fake reviews on amazon to boost sales. They sold expired products by relabeling them, which is totally harmful to consume.
