... executive/executive/senior executive as the work is completely physical type. Salary & other benefits are very good but u graduate has to do physical work over there. So u may join at ur own wish. Culture needs to be improved as this physical work must be done by ITI people. Managers and team leaders are supportive and staff is also good.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleges come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The pressure is medium. Some times, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Overall nothing big but miss a strong HR in a company of this size.We had an earlier HRBP in CSS who was just awesome it is very sad to see we cannot hold on to people in few months time mam left us.Huge respect and regards for the amount of ground reality she had the way she would route our concerns with leaders and managers and yet question leaders respectfully.Today it is a one way track one we do not know who is a HR second the one who is there thinks she is VP HR than a hrbp never seen never heard off.pathetic.

This company is best for every experienced as well as fresher students. Good culture of organisations and all are the supportive and chance to learn more.

Not any dislike about working. Working culture is also good and better than experienced is last company.
