The company is so nice for work. Accor is a very big brand. It always gives priority to women development. That is the reason i like about working Novotel imagica khopoli.

Management and HR are biased and don't even listen, just take biased decision, they don't want to retain good staff

Out here there is no training provider. There is bias to male. Managers run behind for female employees. I had such a pathetic and toxic work environment. Learning opportunities is zero

Very friendly working environment.there are lots of opportunities in novotel to grow further.its a secured job & hotel policies are just like govt. Policies having every kind of benefit.

Work culture is good just because it's a part of Accor. This was my first hotel I have learned a lot here. Owners of the hotel they never thought about the staff who is working on ground level. Now owners are different I don't know how it's going now.

There are some goons still working there I do not want to reveal their names. But it same everywhere we find some good people and some bad people.
