Out here there is no training provider. There is bias to male. Managers run behind for female employees. I had such a pathetic and toxic work environment. Learning opportunities is zero

Very friendly working environment.there are lots of opportunities in novotel to grow further.its a secured job & hotel policies are just like govt. Policies having every kind of benefit.

Work culture is good just because it's a part of Accor. This was my first hotel I have learned a lot here. Owners of the hotel they never thought about the staff who is working on ground level. Now owners are different I don't know how it's going now.

There are some goons still working there I do not want to reveal their names. But it same everywhere we find some good people and some bad people.
