Novotel is my 2nd work place after grand Hyatt goa, and this time i have a very bad experience i cant say. if u talking about the job security the i am saying their is no job security, i lost my job in the covid pandemic, most of my friend lost their job but they promise us once every thing get settle down they call us, but they didn't. they do a fake promise to all the staffs.
2. work culture you are working with 10 fails managers who don't know how to use micros, how to mail, our operation manager tell me to mail, tell me to make a excel sheet, tell me make ppt, again its manageable i work for 6 month over there not a single day he take a training, i use to work more then 12hr every day, but still at the end of the they just through you.
3. management was so bad how can i explain, so much politics i cant explain, believe me if u have no knowledge, if u don't know any thing but you know how to do buttering they you will get promotion easily, but if u are hard worker , knowledgably then its not matter for any one.
4. company policies- company policy was good i don't want to say anything because non of the company will follow their policies.
the biggest problem in Novotel is they having a very older staff who work for more then 5 years so the biggest problem is to work in a team, being a supervisor when u tell your associate that do this do that they never listen and they make a group and do whatever they want to, and also the local staff, all the staff follow the older guideline, older setups, but being a supervisor if you say to do this do that then they have a problem, and the only problem is the manager support their associate instead of supporting and listening the supervisor, the manager always shouting to supervisor and tell her to listen to the senior associate, then what the use of hiring a supervisor. just because of manager support to their local people you unable to work in a team. if you make a roster then the manager chance it as per the requirement of the staff not as per the requirement of the supervisor. the only thing i want to say that their must be a good manager who give u power, you have power but u can cant use this. now you people are thinking about supervisor unable to handle the position, but if you higher management all are involve then you cant do anything. Manager always shouted on you just because listing to the associate not listing to the situation what happen exactly.

It belongs to a good brand. Learning culture and career growth is evident, the GM is caring leader, good landscape. Cafeteria food is good. Employee welfare time to time is good. Good location in the city (in secured zone).
Revengeful and egoistic behaviour of HR Director. Manipulative behaviours by few leaders (old in in the system), at times mis-management by top management. At current situation the job security is less, uncertainty among associates are worrying factor. The hotel's culture is diluted and the service standard has gone below the benchmark. A complete trust deficit is happening in spite of being associated with a good brand.
I am dislike about F$B department only
Right know food and beverage manangent is not good
Staff is not balancing work and family 👪 f$b manangent dosnt like Telugu ststaffing thy are doing some internal politics
And one more point also iam sharing
Whoever is joining new staff for f$b
Department is not giving any training
But thy taking sign for training shit and submit the training senter
Yes I am very interesting in working with Novotel hyderabad conversation center, because they are very friendly in nature, and great work culture good management and great company policies, and very securied job
