...e how great is GM Arjun kaggallu. The working hours is 9 hrs which is very nice. Salary structure is good 👍

My manager AFOM. Lots of politics and partiality for the staff in the department. Shouting for no reason,, never try to listen to what the employee wants to say. Always keep getting angry a and irritated. Hotel is good but only my department AFoM wasn't.

Salary good compare to other hotels in Kolkata.Industrial Trainees are getting rs.6k per month( incase ur absent salary will be deducted) .only 6 days off in a month including satuday sunday.it means one will get 6 days off out of 30/31 days. One can access breakfast / lunch/ dinnner from staff cafeteria free of cost.

Culture is worst .Minimum 11 to 14 hours duty.During festival or holidays no off.Worst behaviour of Hr.No job security. Work from hotel only( no policy work from home for any department)

...ent and saying yes wherever they allot you still they say he or she is not good. Paying such a low salary and letting work more than 12hrs and expecting us to work more than 12hrs.Pathetic

... Accor brand. Working in Novotel team member was very helpful and cooperative.salary was never issue as it was always in time. Work environment was always positive. Work life was completely balance with job profile.

Every property has politics thou even it was here as well at certain time.

Accor brand Novotel is a good brand to work with, there are opportunities for growth.

...wner driven, hence they behave as per owner's requirements and not as per Accor. Salaries are average, not much scope for salary growth until and unless you are well in tune with the owners. Job security also depends basis your relationship with the owners and not as per your caliber.
