The salary is on time no matters what but no proper appraisals nor promotion always their is a reason of something or the others worked for 3yrs in which my salary went from 22k to 26k pathetic

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Seniors not supported, all kind of work related to market, operations is performed alone, Daily reporting is demotivated to employee because every day is not well good in respect of marketing. No motivational program is happened.

Timings are flexible depending on Team that you work with. little/less politics compared to MNC. new Learnings

Dislikes

Spend 9 hours in office only (biometric login/logout) for 5 days/week. WFH cannot exceed more than 2 days in a month no career guidance from manager. always low on budget during appraisals only.
