Organisation has no Structure, Salary and Expense does not given on time, also local management take money from employee for activity but didn't return to employees. I was resigned from organisation as a BDM but I am not receive any working bag / inputs but they want input from me for FNF , no Structure in the organisation. Terminated field colleague without any intimation/ farther information Poor work culture in HO as well as local management. HR Poor , Local Management also Poor

I amit pandey worked BDE IN NOVO MEDI SCIENCE. THERE IS DECTETORSHIP WORK CULTURE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EXPENSE OF 3 MONTHS SALARY GOT. HR IN THIS COMPANY IS HELPLESS. ALL IS VP KASHYAP DAVE VERY RUDE PERSON I HAVE SEEN IN ENTIRE SERVICE. PLS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TO JOIN THIS COMPANY

Horrible working environment,no salary on time,no salary slip system generated,no expense on time,lots of deduction in expenses,saying something doing something in one word we can describe there is no ethics at all.......

They are following only one basic principle they hire best candidate from top MNC by providing best salary in pharma industries after 3 month they will create such pressure you have to leave the organization thats it.....
