No growth or guidance..no clarity on what is expected..I did not even have appraisal discussion for 2.5 years I spent there and even when I resigned nobody bothered to even ping once..overall u feel left out from management side and are mostly non approachable

Company Culture and Freedom. It is only strict when it is required. If you do not have any work at hand, you can utilise it to learn something new or take a break, etc. No one will force you with additional work just because you are sitting idle. Welcoming nature from start to end.

Dislikes

HR responses. I believe particularly for myself since I am working from home. Initially, if I had any issues, HR would help me instantly, but now it seems it takes quite a few days to get a response from HR via Teams or Email.
