I liked working here because of the learning and opportunities provided to me. The environment was very good, with a very supportive management to take care of things.

Dislikes

I did not like the fact that they were hiring freshers. Freshers don't know the job very well and are immature so start spreading negativity. Eg. we got opportunity to interact with overseas client and also to participate is reviews. People thought that was not good and they felt that this added pressure. I think it is very good opportunity for us to learn how to deal with clients and understand what their requirements are

It was a great working experience with Noverto. Management was very supportive. I always got feedback about my performance and improvement areas. Work environment was good and I got opportunity to deal with clients directly. This was a very good learning opportunity for me. Some people thought that it added pressure as they had to answer client queries on the spot, but I enjoyed the exposure and responsibility.

Dislikes

They hired freshers, but freshers are not able to cope up with the job requirement. They neither have skills, nor maturity. They should stop hiring freshers as they can't perform and then start spreading negativity.
