Nothing as much other than the fact that you get a fair amount of exposure especially when you are placed at client place and also you get develop certain skills..

Dislikes

Worst company when it comes to salary & appraisal, first of all most of the employees of this organization work at client or customer place so there is very less contact between the employee and employer. When it is appraisal time of the year they don't even go ahead and call their employees to inform them about their appraisal..., when the employee calls them enquiring about their appraisal from the other side all they say is we'll think about it and try to keep on delaying to act on the matter sometimes may be months.

I worked at client location directly so I don't know anything in Novem but for appraisal not considered in regular cycle. Tell after completing 1 year only they consider
