...ey only hire upper management candidates and dosen’t want to improve their tech. No salary hikes. CEO acts like a admin employee. Do not join this company if you are experienced. Work from home policy applies only for management.

Poor management. All the policies are for junior employees only. Lower salaries. Baised leads for their fav team members. growth opportunities are very less. They can replace you anytime with new employees. Old technologies.

The company has a excellent work culture with the people full of enthusiasm. Novelvox offers great learning opportunities with a good pay scale. Work - life balance is good. balanced work culture in Novelvox among the different teams. Salary on time, no unnecessary formalities, different gadgets/tools/applications in phone make your work easier. work from home, soft skill training, free food, team outing. I love the employee rehire policy here, compensation is decent.
