The people politics , RBM Gaurav Sharma is the big toxic person who creates toxic culture, influence Head of Retails and Merchandising, keeps personal grudges and ruined many Careers .. head of few department only listen to him and play with the life of people basis’ his stake . He tries to have a power of all departments and doesn’t encourage any other person ideas.. Till Mr Gaurav sharma is in the system , career of many people will be destroyed and IDK to be honest when HR Head SS , CEO SK will notice this..hope Mr KM Birla gets to know about the creepy and insane people of Retail. Other than RBM he has a habit of finding mistakes for every single second and consider everyone a shit. They will grind you like anything and will be thankless forever..DONT JOIN NJ AT ALL .brand name and group is good but not the people and the culture. Thanks
