...ake their employees working like donekies Remember byjus - This is what you can find here In name of startup and providing good pay that too is minimal here all other places are offering same They only claim when you want to join that we have good culture but once you join you will see it is worst A suggestion to management once they see while deleting this - let your employees sleep their subconscious will get you more results Do not become byjus - you have already crossed line where you can make all of us work in name of startup Try to come in good working culture Too immature behaviour

They fired most of people, businesses growth not there . Tech VP Ankit also not skilled , tech culture is very bad . Check in and checkout policy is there time tracking and if you are working less than 8 hours then half day salary you will get

Baised people as hell. All they do is hire people from SPA and put them in every department for screwing the growth of that department. The worst dept is sales and tech and product. Impractical targets and the knowledge of the leadership is not what you crave also rating system is not good
